对以ER5356铝合金焊丝为填充材料的中厚度7A05铝合金MIG焊接进行工艺试验和工艺研究.利用金相显微镜、X射线探伤仪和力学性能检测设备等分析测试手段,研究焊接接头的组织和性能.结果表明:选择的焊接材料和制定的焊接工艺合理可行;7A05铝合金焊接接头具有优良的抗裂性能和综合力学性能:评定结果可以用于指导7A05铝合金结构件的焊接.

MIG welding process experiments and studys of the medium thickness 7A05 aluminum alloy were done with ER5356 wire as the filling material. Furthermore, the microstructures and properties of welded joint were examined and analyzed by means of optical microscope and X-ray nondestructive testing equipment etc. The results show that the choice of welding materials and the developed welding process are reasonable and feasible. 7A05 aluminum alloy welded joints have excellent anti-crack performance and mechanical properties. The results can be used to guide the welding of 7AO5 aluminum structural parts.
