为获得较好的半光亮镍镀层,通过霍尔槽试验对镀镍液添加剂进行筛选,研究一种半光亮镀镍工艺.探讨镀液中光亮剂含量、主盐浓度、缓冲剂及温度、pH值等工艺条件对镀层的影响,并测试镀液的阴极电流效率、分散能力和镀层韧性.研究结果表明:该半光亮镀镍工艺镀液成分简单,阴极电流效率高,镀层结晶细致、韧性好、分散能力佳.
In order to obtain better semi-bright nickel coating, a new process was studied based on the selection of additive agents for semi-bright nickel electroplating solution with hull cell tests. The influences of brightener content, main salts, buffer, temperature and pH value on coating were discussed. The current efficiency and dispersion capacity as well as ductility were tested. Results show that the solution composition is simple. The coating is bright and uniform with fine crystallization and good ductility.
