考虑纤维强度的分散性.采用渐进失效方法.结合有限元及等参化有限体积细观力学实现了复合材料宏细观结合的随机渐进失效分析.用该方法对两类单向增强芳纶复合材料拉伸试件拉伸过程进行数值模拟,结果表明,当考虑纤维强度的分散性时,复合材料失效具有很大的随机性:复合材料强度受纤维强度分散性的影响,当纤维平均强度减小或纤维强度分散性增大时,复合材料强度减小.模拟得到的应力-应变曲线与实验具有很好的一致性.

Micro-macro mechanical stochastic progressive failure analysis of composite was implemented by integration of FEM and parametric finite-volume micromechanics, in which fiber strength dispersivity had been considered and progressive failure was used. Tensile process of two kinds of APMOC/Epoxy composite specimen was simulated by this method. The results shows that when fiber strength dispersivity is considered, failure of composite exhibits prodigious randomness and strength of composite is severely affected by fiber, when average strength of the fiber decreases or dispersivity increases, composite strength decreases. The curve of stress-strain obtained by simulation and experiment has fair good consistency.
