采用金相组织分析、显微硬度测试和DMA阻尼技术研究等通道角挤压对铸造Mg-0.6%Zr合金(质量分数)结构与性能的影响.研究结果表明,MG-0.6%Zr合金经过ECAP变形时,发生了动态再结晶,晶粒显著细化,并随挤压温度的升高发生晶粒长大;变形后合金的室温力学性能明显改善,与铸态合金相比,显微硬度和拉伸强度均随挤压道次(1、2、4、6)的增加而增加,且合金经400℃挤压一道次后的阻尼性能优于铸态合金.
The effects of equal channel angular pressing (ECAP) on structures and properties of Mg-0.6%Zr (mass fraction) alloy were studied by using metallographie analysis, micro-hardness test and DMA technology. The results show that the dynamic recrystallization and grain refinement occur in ECAP Mg-0.6%Zr alloy, and the grain begins to grow with the increase of pressing temperature. Compared with the as-cast alloys, the mechanical properties of ECAP alloy improve greatly. The micro-hardness and bending strength enhance with the increase of extrusion pass. In addition, the alloy with 2 extrusion passes under 400 ℃ exhibites more excellent damping capacity than the as-cast alloys.
