采用先进的喷射沉积技术,研制一种高硅铝合金发动机缸套材料,并经过挤压加工、热处理、成形加工、摩擦学性能测试与摩擦学机制分析,最后在单缸机上装机试验.结果表明,高硅铝合金缸套材料具有良好的摩擦学性能,这归功于高硅铝合金中比钢、铸铁还硬的硬质点;在所测试的油耗、废气压力、磨损量以及排温等指标数据方面,比相应的铸铁缸套更具有优越性.

Baaed on international research and application of high-silicon aluminum alloy cylinder sleeve materials, a kind of high-silicon aluminum alloy cylinder sleeve material was developed by advanced spray forming technology. Then the material was treated by extrusion, heat treatment, machining, tribology test, tribology mechanism analysis, and finally was qualified by single-cylinder engine teat. The experiment results show that high-silicon aluminum alloy cylinder sleeve material has good tribology properties, which are attributed to hlgh-hardness particles which are harder than steel, cast iron. The high-silicon aluminum alloy cylinder sleeve material is more excellent than cast iron cylinder sleeve material in index testing of oil-consumption quantities, exhaust gas pressure, wearing quantities and gas temperature and so on.
