利用连续式、感应等离子体粉体制备装置进行超细钨粉制备技术的研究,比较测定经感应等离子体技术处理前后粉体的流动性、氧杂质含量和粒度.结果表明,用感应等离子体技术制备的超细钨粉流动性较原料粉体提高20%以上,氧杂质含量显著降低,超细粉体制备装置对于制备粉体的粒度具有较为精确的控制能力.

The preparation technology of super-fine tungsten powder was studied by using of induction plasma powder synthesis system. And the flowability, particle size, the impurity content of powder before and after plasma treatment were measured and compared. In comparison with the raw powder, the test results show that the powder flowability is improved by 20%, oxygen content is decreased markedly, the induction plasma powder synthesis system shows accurate control on particle size.
