以钛酸四正丁酯(TNB)为原料,采用溶胶-凝胶法制备二氧化钛,以甲基橙为模型污染物,考察影响溶胶-凝胶形成的主要因素,并采用SEM和XRD等方法对样品进行表征.结果表明,当溶液的pH值为2时,搅拌速度为450 r/min,温度为60℃,加水量合适时可制得性能良好的溶胶-凝胶,溶胶凝胶450℃下煅烧2 h后,可以制得具有较高光催化活性的TiO_2粉末.TiO_2粉末主要具有锐钛矿型晶体结构.

TiO_2 powder was prepared by sol-gel method with tetra-n-butyl titanate (TNB) as raw material. The influencing factors which affect the forming of sol-gel with the methyl orange as model pollutants were determined. The obtained TiO_2 powders were characterized though XRD, SEM,etc. The results show the high performance sol-gel can be prepared under such conditions that the solution pH is 2, temperature is 60 ℃, stirring speed is 450 r/min. Then it was calcinated for 2 hours at 450 ℃, and the prepared TiO_2 powder has high photocatalytic performance with anatase phase.
