采用高能喷丸技术对7A52铝合金双丝焊焊接接头表面进行处理,利用XRD、TEM和显微硬度仪对材料表面纳米化处理后的样品进行分析.结果表明:经过20 min高能喷丸处理,焊接接头表层的晶粒细化至纳米级,晶粒尺寸细小均匀;母材有η相析出.
The surface layer of the welded joint of 7A52 aluminum alloy was treated by using high-energy shot peening(HESP)technique,the sample was analyzed by means of XRD,TEM and micro hardness instrument Experimental results show that after the 20 minutes of HESP,the initial coarse in the top surface layer is refined into nanocrystalline grains,which are homogeneous and refined.Meanwhile,η phase is precipitated from base materials.
