对Cr_3C_2/Ni_3Al复合堆焊合金层的元素分布、横截面组织和硬度等进行分析和研究.结果表明,堆焊过程中,母材表面半熔化区的形成使堆焊层与母材实现冶金结合,堆焊层金属逆热流方向与母材呈联生方式长大,形成Cr_3C_2强化的Ni_3Al基堆焊层;Ni_3Al基体对Cr_3C_2起到保护和支撑作用,弥散分布的硬质强化相Cr_3C_2,硬度高,抗磨损性好,显著提高堆焊层硬度,并对Ni_3Al基体起保护作用;堆焊层与母材冶金结合,无裂纹,不易剥落,使得部件整体的耐磨性能提高.

Elements distribution,microstructure of the cross-section surface and the hardness of the Cr_3C_2/Ni_3Al hardfacing alloy layer were studied.The results show that,in the welding process,surfacing layer and the base metal is metallurgieally bonded by the formation of partially melted zone on base metal Surface,the hardfacing layer of Ni_3Al strengthened by Cr_3C_2 is formed against the direction of heat flow which showes adnate growing style with base metal;The matrix of Ni_3Al can protect and hold-up the Cr_3C_2,and the matrix of Ni_3Al is protected and the hardness of hardfacing layer increases significantly because of the dispersed distribution of Cr_3C_2 which has high hardness and good wear-resistance;The improvement of the wear-resistance in the whole component due to good metallurgical combination of hardfacing layer and base metal,crack-free,so the hardfacing alloy layer can not exfoliate easily,thus improving the wear-resistance.
