X射线工业CT系统都会产生不同程度的射束硬化伪像.研究一种有别于软件校正模型的更为简单实用的射束硬化伪像校正方法.该方法对X射线进行一定程度的预硬化,通过实验获得预硬化材料种类及射束硬化伪像的校正规律.结果表明,铜、铅为理想的预硬化材料,预硬化材料厚度与射束硬化伪像校正效果具有很好的对应关系.

The X-ray industrial CT system will produce undesirable beam hardening artifacts.This paper introduces a simple and practical method to correct the beam hardening artifacts,which is different from the method of software correction model.The method made the X-ray beam harden at first,and then the kinds of prehardening materials and correction rule of beam hardening artifacts were obtained through experiment.The result indicates that copper and lead are the ideal material for prehardening method,and the corresponding relationship between the correct effect of beam hardening artifacts and the thickness of the prehardening material is very good.
