针对筒状工件的特殊形状和达克罗处理的工艺要求,设计采用X-Y轴往复机搭载3把自动喷枪,通过可编程控制器,以程序控制的方式一次性完成筒状工件的内外表面和底面的喷涂过程.实践表明,此项技术不仅保证了产品的均一性和稳定性而且还具有操作灵活、高效的特点.
Based on the special shape of the work piece and the process of the Dacromet surface treatment,the inner,outer surface and bottom of the tube-shape work piece were painted in one cycle of the program of the PLC,which controls reciprocator with 3 automatic spray guns to realize the painting process.It has been proved that this kind of technology can not only make sure the stability and uniformity of the products but also has features,such as flexibility and efficiency.
