在3种晶型(锐钛矿型、板钛矿型和金红石型)的TiO2中,只有锐钛矿型的TiO2具有较好的光催化活性.因为钛矿型TiO2不稳定,它容易转化为最稳定的金红石型,所以简易地制备锐钛矿型TiO2比较困难.在最佳条件下:以0.15 mol/L的Ti(SO4)2溶液为原料,外加添加剂(关键技术,添加剂/Ti4+摩尔比为4/1)于170℃下水热反应4 h,在玻璃基板上制备TiO2纳米晶体薄膜,SEM、TEM和XRD表征结果说明,生成的TiO2晶体为锐钛矿型.制备的TiO:薄膜平整、密实,厚约2μm,薄膜由大面积的TiO2纳米晶体自组装而成,TiO2纳米晶体呈现八面体结构,平整的三角形表面边长约100~200 nm,晶体长约1 μm.
