介绍38CrNi3MoV钢制厚壁圆筒模拟管的试制过程,对6支厚壁圆筒模拟管进行液压自紧和静压强度模拟试验.结果表明:在壁厚比1.6和1.65、自紧压力720~780 MPa、材料强度RR0.1≥1 280 MPa条件下,采用液压自紧工艺后6支厚壁圆筒模拟管实测静压强度达520~575 MPa,实测静压强度为理论静压强度的70%~76%.
