采用等离子体浸没离子注入与沉积技术(PIIID)在GB/T 1438高速钢表面制备了薄膜,采用显微硬度计和扫描电镜进行性能测试,并对其进行寿命试验.结果表明:显微硬度达到2000HV以上,使用寿命比未处理的钻头延长了近5倍.
