通过力学性能试验,形貌观察重点研究TiO2微粒电流变液的电流变行为和性能.结果表明,经过尿素、三乙醇胺和十二烷基苯磺酸钠等分子改性可显著提高TiO2微粒的电流变液的性能,而且电流变液的性能与Urea含量密切相关.适量的Urea可使电流变液链变多变粗,并有交织现象出现,当Urea含量达到30%时,其电流变液的性能达到最大.
