研究AZ91D和AM60B两种镁合金在不同环境温度下的磨损行为.结果表明,两种镁合金在不同的环境温度下随着载荷的增大,磨损率的变化规律相似,都出现从轻微磨损到严重磨损的磨损转变,且临界转变载荷随着环境温度的升高而提前.在200℃低载荷时,出现超低磨损率的现象,归因于厚的机械混合层的形成.足够的基体强度能有效的发挥机械混合层的作用,但是摩擦热和高温会使基体软化,且变形过程中β相会被打碎形成细小的颗粒,使基体强度降低.低温下,严重磨损是机械混合层和基体共同剥落的结果,高温时是磨损表面严重塑性变形和塑性屈服.
