对比研究了VN合金化和Fe-V合金化的20MnSiV钢筋钢的显微组织和钒析出物。结果表明:用VN合金化的20MnSiV钢筋钢的铁素体量较多,珠光体量较少;钒析出物的量明显较多。预计用VN合金生产的20MnSiV钢筋钢将具有较高的屈服强度和较低的冲击转变温度。

The microstructure and vanadium precipitates in 20MnSiV concrete steel produced using VN and Fe-V alloying were investigated.The results obtained show the more ferrite and less pearlite exist in 20MnSiV steel with VN alloying. The amount of vanadium precipitates increase obviously.It is estimated that the 20MnSiV concrete steel produced with VN alloying has higher yield strength and lower impact transformation temperature.
