采用速度突变法、等应变速率拉伸法测定了应变速率敏感系数(m值)。探讨了拉伸速度的变化和不同变速位置对m值测试结果的影响。结果表明,增加试验速度,使m值测试结果提高。在相同的试验条件下,对不同材料的m值进行了测试分析。

The coefficient (m value) of strain rate sensitivity was determined using rate sudden changing and iso-strain rate tensile test.The effects of stretching speed change and different speed changing positions on the m value determined were discussed. The results obtained show the m value determined is increased as the stretching speed is raised, The m values of different materials were measured and analyzed under same test conditions
