在实验室条件下,采用Fe2O3-CaO-CaF2和Na2CO3-Na2SO4渣系研究了在铁水预处理过程中熔体氧势的变化规律,寻求有利于同时脱磷脱硫的铁水氧势范围.结果表明,脱磷过程中熔体氧位在5?min内迅速上升到5.911×10-6~10.03×10-6,5 min后氧位在很小的范围内波动;在1623 K温度下的铁水预处理过程中,控制熔体氧势范围为3.0×10-6~6.5×10-6,可获得终点磷含量为0.008%~0.012%的脱磷效果,同时铁水中的硫能降到0.003%~0.007%的水平.
