研究了一种在350 ℃分解草酸氧钒前驱体(VOC2O4·H2O,草酸还原工业V2O5粉的产物)来制备纳米VO2粉末的方法.采用TG-DSC、XRD、TEM及电阻-温度仪等测试手段对所得粉末进行了测试分析,实验结果表明:所得VO2粉末呈结晶态,组分单一,粒径为80～120 nm,相变温度为68.5 ℃,电阻突变量约3个数量级.
