高级检索

对管线钢生产中LF炉的脱硫、净化钢液及夹杂物变性等冶金功能进行了试验研究.结果表明:①武钢管线钢生产中,LF炉的平均脱硫率达到了55%,全氧及显微夹杂物的去除率分别为43.3%,44.4%,LF炉的脱硫及净化钢液的效果良好;②硅钙合金的加入,不仅把蔟状的Al2O3夹杂变成球状、低熔点的钙铝酸盐夹杂,同时消除了条状硫化锰夹杂,这对管线钢提高抗HIC性能非常有利;③硅钙线吨钢加入量为0.7kg时夹杂物变性效果不理想,应适当增加硅钙线的加入量.
