为了准确控制两相区变形时固液两相的比例,首次采用热分析法研究了SiCw/LD2复合材料的加热熔化过程,根据热分析曲线确定了SiCw/LD2复合材料和LD2铝合金在5、10、50℃/min加热条件下的熔化起始温度和熔化终了温度,并根据单位质量材料在熔化时的吸热量计算了熔化动力学过程.研究表明:复合材料的熔化起始温度和熔化终了温度均低于铝合金;复合材料的熔化速度比铝合金快,尤其在熔化初始阶段表现得更加明显.
