为了研究不同活性基团对抗凝血性的作用,通过共混及用二氧化硫辉光放电等离子体处理使聚氨酯薄膜表面接枝不同的活性基团,研究这些表面基团对不同凝血因子的影响,结果表明凝血酶可以被磺酸基团以及醚键与羟基的共同作用抑制,而凝血酶原的抑制是受到羟基,醚键和磺酸的共同作用,部分凝血活酶的抗凝血性受到羧酸或羧酸基团与其它基团的共同作用,表面润湿性与抗凝血性关系不大.
