轿车水槽零件拉延破裂成为稳定生产的主要障碍,采用网格试验法深入分析了毛坯在成形过程中危险部位的变形性质、变形路径、变形大小及安全裕度.用有限元数值模拟与试验分析方法确定出水槽零件破裂的危险区域,通过优化拉延筋高度和毛坯几何尺寸显著地增加了危险区域的安全裕度,提高了生产稳定性.
