利用微束等离子弧对灰铸铁表面进行扫描,使其表面形成厚度450~550μm的快速凝固薄层,研究发现薄层基体为细化的莱氏体组织,原灰铸铁基体上的片状石墨消失,取而代之的是弥散分布的球状石墨微粒.显微硬度分析证实微束等离子弧表面处理增强了灰铸铁的表面硬度,滑动磨损试验表明经微束等离子弧表面处理的试样的表面耐磨性得以显著提高.
