综述了近年来采用有机先驱体制备SiBCN复合陶瓷的研究现况.详细介绍了SiBCN先驱体合成的两种主要方法,并对利用这两种方法获得的先驱体和裂解后的陶瓷的产率等方面进行了比较.阐述了SiBCN复合陶瓷与纯SiC和Si3N4陶瓷在力学,抗蠕变,抗氧化等性能的差别.
