高级检索

采用电子显微镜、图象分析仪及维氏硬度计,研究了近液相线电磁铸造(NLEMC)、电磁铸造(EMC)、近液相线铸造(NLC)合金浆料的显微组织,并对其流变成形件的硬度进行了测定.结果表明,近液相线电磁铸造(NLEMC)合金浆料的组织为细小、均匀的等轴晶组织,其晶粒平均等积圆直径为32.8μm,其流变成形件的维氏硬度值为122.8Hv,均优于电磁铸造(EMC)和近液相线铸造(NLC)的合金组织与流变成形件的性能.并讨论了NLEMC晶粒细化的机理.
