为了突出合金元素对再结晶模型的影响,以Avrami方程为动力学基础,对现有模型进行修正,建立了热变形奥氏体再结晶动力学模型,确定动态、静态再结晶分数与温度、变形条件和化学成分的函数关系,并采用单道次和双道次压缩实验验证了Si-Mn钢和Nb-V钢再结晶动力学模型.结果表明:低合金和微合金元素均能抑制再结晶的发生,使流变应力增高;计算值和测量值吻合得很好,充分证明了模型的准确性.
