所提供的纤维浸润性能测试方法是将纤维以水平状态等速浸入液体,记录纤维浸润过程,提取其初始接触液体和完全被液体浸润时的力值变化,判定液体对纤维的可浸润性.不同纤维和液体初始接触过程中,出现四种典型的力的变化.根据实验曲线,通过力值分析构建浸润因子w,定量地描述了纤维的浸润性能,且w=F AB/FCD.当纤维截面为圆形时,浸润因子和接触角存在定量关系,θ=π/(w+1).该测试方法可适用于各种细度的长丝和短纤维的浸润性测量.
