高级检索

为了更好地应用现有的金属纤维阵列制备技术并探究其未来发展趋势,介绍了气-液-固、拉制、模板、化学气相沉积、金属表面氧化还原等制备技术的基本原理和研究现状,重点评述模板法和化学气相沉积法,并指出其优势与不足.研究结果表明,模板法和化学气相沉积法是当前众多技术手段之中较实用的金属纤维阵列制备方法,其产品具有金属种类多样和尺寸可达纳米级的特点,发展前景良好.改进模板法和化学气相沉积法是金属纤维阵列制备技术的重要发展方向.
