本试验采用两种取样器对连铸生产纯净钢时中间罐钢水取样,测试其总氧含量(T[O]).结果表明取样器对中间罐钢水T[O]有很大影响.当内壁有FeO薄膜存在时,中间罐钢水的T[O]高达(98～140)×10-6,导致所取试样不能反映中间罐钢水实际的T[O].用改进的取样器取样的T[O]为(38～53)×10-6,基本能代表中间罐钢水实际的T[O].
