研究了0Cr18Ni9钢盐浴渗铬后,以炉冷、空冷和水冷等方式冷却时,基体中碳化物分布及渗层中显微裂纹对耐蚀性能的影响.渗铬后空冷,渗层无显微裂纹,基体晶界处碳化物析出及渗层中粒状σ相明显少于炉冷;渗层中细小粒状σ相分布在高铬α相中,对耐蚀性无影响,因此空冷后的耐蚀性能优于其他冷却方式.

The effects of cooling methods on carbide distribution in the base metal of chromized 0Cr18Ni9steel, microcrack appearance in the chromizing layer, and corrosion resistance were investigated. Whencooled in air after chromizing in the molten salts at 900℃, the specimen would have better corrosionresistance than that cooled in water, oil or fumaee because in the fomer case the chromizing layer wascrackfree and there was a few chromium carbide at grain boundaries of the matrix. Being dispersed over arich-chromium α phase in the layer, σ phase has no effect on the corrosion resistance of the steel.
