设计并合成出一系列长碳链多胺类(LCMA)化合物,应用多种电化学测试手段研究了LCMA在酸性H2S体系中的缓蚀作用.结果表明,具有多活性官能团的LCMA分子可平卧吸附于电极表面,以负催化作用显著抑制铁的H2S腐蚀反应;LCMA的高效缓蚀作用与活性官能团的结构和碳链长短有关.

Design and synthesis a series of LCMA compounds. The inhibiting action of LCMA in H2S- containing sulfuric acid solutions has been studied by electrochemical methods. The results showed that LCMA could adsorb in parallel direction and retard anodic and cathodic reactions of iron in H2S media through negative- catalysis effect. The high inhibiting efficiency of LCMA was closely correlative with the structure of function groups and the length of carbon chain. LCMAwith less hydroxyethyl group and longer carbon chain could exhibit more excellent inhibiting effect. The strong inhibiting action of LCMA in low concentration was attributed to the high coverage degree of LCMA molecule, which was resulted from multi - adsorption.
