研究了IN738镍基高温合金的铂改性渗铝涂层在1100℃空气中的氧化行为.铂的存在,通过阻止合金元素穿过Al2O3膜向外扩散,改善AlO3膜与基体的结合力,抑制γ′-Ni3Al相的形成,推迟涂层的高温退化,同时讨论铂的作用机制.
The oxidation of Pt-modified aluminide coatings on nickel-base superalloy IN738 has been studied in static air at 1100℃ up to 1400 h. The presence of Pt significantly suppressed the formation of γ′-Ni3Al, promoted selective oxidation of aluminum by preventing the transport of other elements in the substrate outwards to Al2O3 scale and forming purer, slowly-growing and adherent Al2O3 scale.
