通过薄片试样原位拉伸和圆棒拉伸实验研究了富Nd第二相颗粒的早期脆性断裂对一种近α型钛合金断裂行为的影响.结果表明,随颗粒体积分数的增加,合金的拉伸强度有所降低,但合金的塑性得到改善. 富Nd第二相颗粒的早期脆性断裂不会导致材料的脆性断裂倾向,这是由于颗粒的形成改变了合金基体的组织结构等引起的.
