采用喷射共沉积方法制备了6013Al/SiCp/Gr 混杂金属基复合材料(MMC),研究了其阻尼性能.结果表明:该材料在150~200℃有一温度内耗峰,随频率增加该峰峰位向高温移动.升降温测得该内耗峰的激活能分别为2.21eV和1.27eV,且降温测试时出现的内耗峰与升温测试时的内耗峰相比,峰位显著向低温移动,峰高降低.分析认为,该峰为非线性弛豫型内耗峰,它是在热与应力的双重作用下,由位错拖曳点缺陷运动所致,符合位错诱生阻尼机制.
