研究含硫硅烷偶联剂SCA处理LY12铝合金表面后与环氧树脂的粘接试样在沸水和NaCl水溶液湿热老化环境下的粘接强度、拉剪位移和断面形貌特征的变化特点.结果表明,经沸水浸泡20~60h后粘接强度约15.3MPa,浸泡80h时13.39MPa,为初始值的66.3%.在盐水浸泡初期,粘接强度略有上升,最大值21.8MPa,之后粘接强度开始下降,浸泡180h时18.4MPa,为初始值的91%.沸水和NaCl水溶液浸泡后断面裂纹程度减小,前者是由于增塑,后者是由于强化.
