根据传统的草酸盐共沉淀法合成超细BaTiO3粉末易产生偏离四方相的特点,提出了一种改进的草酸盐共沉淀法制备BaTiO3粉体的方法.利用改进的草酸盐共沉淀法在700℃制备出了各向同性的四方相纳米尺寸的BaTiO3粉体,煅烧温度比常规的草酸盐共沉淀法降低了100℃左右;粉体平均粒径约30nm,颗粒均匀,且制备出的粉体具有良好的热稳定性.
