研究了含钪Al-Zn-Cu-Mg-Zr合金的晶间腐蚀和剥落腐蚀行为.结果表明:合金在过时效状态下具有最低的晶间腐蚀与剥落腐蚀敏感性;随着时效时间的延长,其晶间腐蚀与剥落腐蚀敏感性逐渐降低;在EXCO溶液中进行的极化曲线测试也表现出相同的趋势.合金发生晶间腐蚀与η'和S'相的析出与分布紧密相关.随着时效时间的延长,η'和S'相不断析出并向平衡相η和S转变,进一步聚集长大,一方面减少了晶间腐蚀的阳极通道,另一方面减小了沉淀相与基体之间的开路电位,从而使晶间腐蚀和剥落腐蚀的速率降到最低.
