对DD3合金进行差热分析和物理化学相分析,并依据该结果确定了改进的热处理工艺.研究了该热处理工艺对DD3合金的组织及性能的影响.试验结果表明,改进的热处理工艺改善了组织均匀性,增大了γ'平均尺寸,改善了γ'尺寸分布范围,同时提高了γ'含量,特别是大尺寸γ'相含量,从而显著提高了DD3合金760~1038℃的蠕变性能.
