研究了浆料混合法配制的真空成型5428VB双马树脂的同化动力学和粘温特性,并与传统热熔法配制的树脂体系进行了比较分析.结果表明:浆料混合法和传统热熔法配制5428VB树脂的反应级数和反应活化能等固化动力学参数基本一致,树脂配制方法的改变没有改变树脂体系的反应历程;浆料混合法配制的5428vB树脂具有良好的粘性,室温储存期可以达到3个月,而传统热熔法配制的5428VB树脂的室温储存期只有1个月,无粘性;传统热熔法和浆料法配制的5428VB树脂浇铸体的基本力学性能和耐热性一致.
