为获得性能优良的导电玻璃纤维,采用化学镀的方法,在玻璃纤维表面镀覆了一层均匀、致密的Ni-Fe-Pr-P合金层.利用扫描电镜、X射线能谱仪、数字万用表、振动样品磁强计、矢量网络分析仪观察了镀层的表面形貌,分析了镀层成分、含量,研究了材料的导电性与磁性能,并在8.2~12.4GHz频段内测试了材料的吸波性能.研究发现:掺杂稀土镨的镀层有较好的导电性,合金镀层中镨原子的含量最大可达9.21%;合金镀层的磁损耗值很低,是一种典型的电损耗材料;添加适量的稀土镨能显著地改善镀层的吸波性能.
