研究植入工艺参数和材料性能对X-cor夹层结构剪切刚度的影响.通过对pin端部所受约束的细节分析,得到端部约束的三个等效弹簧系数表达式,用于X-cor夹层结构剪切刚度模型计算,并考察pin植入角度、端部斜切角、植入端深度、直径、材料性能和泡沫材料性能等参数对剪切刚度的影响规律.计算结果与试验结果吻合较好,该方法可用于预测X-cor夹层结构剪切刚度.参数分析结果表明,通过增大pin植入角度、pin轴向刚度以及pin直径可显著提高X-cor夹层结构的剪切刚度;pin端部斜切角和植入端深度是次要影响因素;另外,当选用的泡沫材料较刚硬时,不能忽略泡沫材料对结构剪切刚度的贡献.
