高级检索

利用毛细管微反应装置实现了三元合金CdSeS量子点的高效、可控合成,并考查了合成温度、前驱体浓度等对CdSeS量子点性能的影响.通过对前驱体浓度的调控,实现了荧光发射波长在520 ~629 nm范围连续可调的CdSeS量子点的合成,并验证了合金量子点的非线性组分效应;利用高分辨透射电镜(HRTEM)、X射线衍射( XRD)、电子能谱(EDS)对合成的CdSeS量子点进行了结构和形貌表征.通过ZnS壳层包裹CdSeS,制备了核壳结构量子点,提高了荧光量子产率.
