基于有限单元法,运用ANSYS商业软件包建立了7850铝合金直接水冷法半连续铸造过程的数值模型.根据现场铸造试验采集的温度数据,利用反算法确定了铸造过程的边界冷却条件.比较了数值模拟与试验结果的铸造温度场演化过程,以及稳定铸造阶段液穴深度的结果,证实数学模型与实验结果吻合较好.基于已证实合理的数值模型,研究了铸造过程刮水板的位置对铸锭温度场的影响.研究表明,该数值模型可以较好地模拟铝合金半连续铸造过程;刮水板会降低铸锭的冷却速度,导致铸锭表面温度出现回升的现象;刮水板的位置对铸锭冷却过程的温度场有显著影响.
