微直流电通过强迫剪切动态加载过程中的TC6钛合金,首次研究了电流对TC6强迫剪切动态力学性能的影响规律.结果表明:直流电能够在一定程度上延迟TC6钛合金发生绝热剪切破坏失效,在相同的应变率下,即降低了TC6钛合金的绝热剪切敏感性.研究结果表明,一定强度的直流电能提高TC6钛合金绝热剪切带局部的热传导速率,在一定程度上降低了TC6在动态加载条件下的热软化效应,进而使得应变强化效应在更长的承载时间内高于热软化效应.因此,一定强度的直流电能降低TC6钛合金的绝热剪切敏感性,使TC6推迟发生绝热剪切破坏.
