对冲击后的5224/CF3052平面织物复合材料层合板进行了四点弯曲试验.分析了层合板在不同冲击能量下的损伤阻抗,包括:凹坑深度、损伤宽度和损伤面积;探讨了层合板在冲击和冲击后弯曲试验过程中的损伤过程、特征和机理;研究了凹坑深度对冲击后层合板弯曲性能的影响规律.结果表明:冲击试验时的冲击能量和损伤宽度,损伤面积无必然联系;层合板的弯曲性能主要受材料的拉伸性能控制;弯曲破坏时,层合板侧面的分层主要集中在受拉面一侧;当对受弯矩作用的复合材料结构进行强度设计时,有必要考虑冲击损伤导致的弯曲剩余强度降低;和冲击后压缩试验结果类似,凹坑深度与冲击后弯曲剩余强度,弯曲剩余模量的关系曲线存在拐点现象.
