对0Cr15Ni5Cu4Nb沉淀硬化不锈钢焊接接头进行四种不同时效热处理,并研究了时效热处理对焊接接头力学性能的影响.结果表明,随着时效热处理温度提高或时效时间的延长,接头的冲击韧度、伸长率和断面收缩率增加,抗拉强度和屈服强度下降,接头断口形貌由准解理向韧窝过渡.550℃/4h时效处理后的焊接接头具有比较好的综合性能,抗拉强度为1071MPa,冲击韧度为283 J/cm2,均不低于母材的95%.
