表面包覆金属Co及Co-Fe多壁碳纳米管是一种比重较轻的电磁吸收剂,通过对包覆金属Co及Co/Fe的多壁碳纳米管进行700℃下的热处理,研究了对其电磁性能的影响.分别采用场发射扫描电子显微镜(FE-SEM)、X射线能谱仪(EDX)和X-射线衍射仪(XRD)对包覆Co和Co/Fe碳纳米管表面组成和结构进行了表征;用网络矢量分析仪和振动样品磁强计(VSM)对Co和Co/Fe包覆的碳纳米管的电磁性能进行了测试,并通过计算分析了其微波吸收性能.结果表明热处理能改善包覆Co和Co/Fe的碳管在高频范围的微波吸收性能,并提高其饱和磁化强度,降低矫顽力.
