研究添加0.2%(原子分数)Si对定向层片组织TiAl合金持久性能的影响.实验表明,添加微量Si可显著提高TiAl合金800℃/220MPa条件下的持久寿命;800℃/300MPa和850℃/220MPa条件下,TiAl和TiAl-0.2Si合金持久寿命均明显减少,但微量Si提高TiAl合金持久寿命的作用却相对更大.组织观察表明,TiAl-0.2Si合金铸造组织中已有Ti5Si3型析出相,但仍具有层片组织取向一致的特征.根据持久实验前后及中间取样的组织对比分析结果,认为添加微量Si提高了层片组织的稳定性,从而减缓层片组织的退化、提高了TiAl合金定向层片组织的持久寿命.
